We issue an exchange and refund within 14 days for any unused garments which are returned in their original packaging with the labels intact (less the original delivery charge.) We advise customers to check goods on receipt of product and before removing tags, as once this is performed, no returns are accepted unless the product is faulty. Buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items and for the safe delivery of products, hence customers are advised to return products using signature for delivery service.
Please notify us with the order details at email@example.com for any exchanges or refunds before any items are returned. Please allow up to 10 working days for all refunds to be processed.
Returns are not accepted if any of the following have been performed, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
• Products tags are removed
• Products original packaging has been damaged
• Products have been worn
• Products are marked with stains or smells (including perfume, deodorant and cooking odors)
• Products have been washed
• Products have been handled with undue care
Please note that we don't give refund and exchange for jewellery and bags unless it is faulty or the incorrect product was dispatched.
